SASA vs SES

SASA和SES是两种不同的面积定义方式

展示时

使用set surface_solvent来调整显示的surface类型

计算时

用get_area计算面积时使用set dot_solvent来调整计算的surface类型

总的来讲SASA在直观性上不如SES，会高估凸面积，低估凹面积

click on Setting → Surface → Cavities & Pockets Only. Then type: show surface
